Crawford - The Hartford Certification Training

This certification training is designed for adjusters who are handling claims for The Hartford, through Crawford. It was developed based on a presentation given at the 2019 Crawford CAT conference by Jim Howeth and Chuck Collins with The Hartford Reinspection Services team. This training program consists of video segments from that presentation covering general external and internal damage estimating protocols required by The Hartford, including documentation, material identification, exterior roofing and structural damage, interior damage, and labor and pricing guidelines. As adjusters progress through the training, they are given questions to assess their understanding of the content covered, and a mastery test at the end.
