Commercial Property Basics

This 7 module course is an in-depth study of the current Commercial Building Equipment and Stock policy being offered to the business community. This course is designed to help the student understand the intent, scope and coverage boundaries of the policy. This course also presents a basic view of Tenant Improvement and Betterments, Employee Dishonesty and Boiler and Machinery coverage offered to the business community.
