Communicating With Clients On Their Terms
The Communicating with Customers course consists of three modules:
Module 1 - Empathy: This module helps users understand what empathy is and how to enhance their ability to empathize.
Module 2 - Communication: This module helps adjusters understand the importance and benefits of effectively communicating with customers and their roles and responsibilities as well as how to identify causes of communication failures.
Module 3 - Active Listening: This module helps adjusters understand what active listening involves, and hone in on their active listening skills and ability to respond to what another person is saying.
