Workers' Compensation Core Skills II builds upon the knowledge gained in Workers' Compensation Skills I. It provides adjusters with an in-depth knowledge of workers' compensation claim handling. These modules teach the adjuster to set more accurate reserves and to develop and conduct well-planned settlement strategies, including how to handle litigated files.

The approximate times to complete each module are listed below. Please keep in mind that times may vary as people learn at their own pace.

2. Disabilities - 40 minutes
3. Reserves & Evaluation - 30 minutes
4. Negotiation - 45 minutes
5. Settlements - 40 minutes
6. Introduction to Litigation Management - 25 minutes
7. Subrogation - 25 minutes
