This course includes both personal and commercial lines of inland marine forms and claims. These modules cover the variety of personal property that can be insured on an "open peril" basis under various types of floater forms, often added as endorsements to homeowners forms, to the types of inland marine forms that may create adjusting puzzles for even the experienced adjuster. From computer and contractor equipment floaters and dealers coverages to the instrumentalities of transportation and communication, knowledge of one of the oldest forms of insurance is a must for any multi-line adjuster. In the courses the adjuster will learn about subjects ranging from adjusting stolen jewelry and furs to restoration of fine arts and other collectibles, whether owned by individuals or commercial galleries and museums.
