Welcome to this program exploring the relationship between ethics and integrity and how these concepts impact the work of insurance professionals.  In this course, we will be discussing the importance of integrity in relationships; demonstrating core values; relating the role of integrity in corporate culture; explaining integrity and the reputation link; describing the importance of ethics in the relationships of consumers and insurers; and identifying the use of integrity as an asset protection device.
